110 Copper Data
110 is a ETP Copper, Electrolytic Tough Pitch. It has conductivity 101% IACS, is ductile, and is anneal resistant. C11000 is mainly used for plumbing fittings and some electrical components not requiring extensive machining.
Cold work, as by drawing, raises the metals hardness and improves machinability somewhat. The small amount of copper oxide in electrolytic tough pitch copper (C11000) helps break up machining chips while leaving the metal's electrical properties essentially unaffected. Density = 0.322 lb/in3 at 68 F
Copper: 99.90% minimum
Oxygen: remainder usually .04%
