A medium carbon steel for general purpose applications. Its overall
properties are somewhat higher than low carbon mild steel flats. This
material may be fabricated using normal structural methods. It is
machinable and may be induction hardened. Applications include plows,
sub-boilers, ditchers, cultivators, furrowers, harrows, and other
agricultural equipment.
